Do skin firming creams really work???

Hi ladies, do you think there are any skin firming creams out there that work??? Also, I have heard of a supplement to take to firm your skin. Anyone else heard of that?? Also, I was wondering if anyone has ever used that srivectin stretch mark cream and thinks it really worked.
