I wish I could take credit for this, but I just heard Huckabee come up with it. The...

This was rushed through because they didn't want you to know what Congressional Relief Action Program they were pushing. They knew that if the read it you'd want to kick the Congressional Relief Action Program out of them.
When election time comes make sure you tell them you won't take their Congressional Relief Action Program anymore and vote these morons out of office.

I was watching Huckabee as well and I heard this. He was making lots of jokes about it and he was talking about how no one whovoted for the bill actually read it. Huckabee is a Republican and almost all Republicans are against this bill. If this package does not work out, many Democrats will lose their seats in the House and Senate without a doubt.

I only wish these people pushing the Congressional Relief Action Program were morons. The problem is these people are very smart, only deceitful. These smart deceitful people pushing their CRAP are taking advantage of people who aren't too smart and way too trusting. If only the CRAPpers were morons, then it would be easy to vote them out of office.

I am going to be laughing about this one all day. Every time I hear another tidbit of news about this C.R.A.P. it makes me roll my eyes and throw my hands up in the air. When are people going to wake up and see that this is not going to help anything, but instead cause more long lasting problems? Has the whole world lost its mind?

I don't know its better to have something than nothing.
I already read some of the benefits that will help everyone...
Like the 30% tax return on all energy saving items...
And the money the family will earn for sending their son or daughter to first time college, and the money returned from a first time home owner...
That all sounds good to me...
Also the mount that is going in to improve our transporation infrastucture that has needed it for a long time...
As far as kicking in the hinder goes... everyone needs to kick themselves in the hinder for not pressuring the companies and congress into getting someone who can actually manage a budget and tax the taxes pay them, and GROW them through proper investments... So much so that within years from now.. We may not even have to worry about taxes! if they did this right, not even about poverty as we could have a living wage as well.. Along with the Total free economy we have now...... If they did this right no individuals or company that is responsible would have to worry about losing everything,,, and the ones who were not responsibile.. would have the program set up in such a way to keep everyone out of poverty and homeless.

"I don't know its better to have something than nothing."
I disagree. That kind of logic has plagued history especially in the medical field where people thought it was better to lean your head back during a nosebleed, swallowing blood, rather than do nothing and let it end naturally, which we now know is the right thing to do. That same logic said you you should rub vasoline on a deer tick when bitten instead of sensibly removing it.
No, we don't just need to do something, we need to do the right thing.

Huckabee is so funny! I watched that too, and really got a kick out of it.
What we need is some smart folks that can come up with some ideas within the public sector, to get things moving and then let the politicians know that there are some smart people who DON'T live in C.C. - but have great ideas, and the politicians need to check them out.
On a side note - "Joe the plumber sure hasn't been heard from in a long time."

That was brilliant when I saw it on T.V. It's brilliant now. If only some staffer would pick it up. That would be too good. Maybe they already have. But wouldn't it be priceless if some congressperson actually referred to it as the Congressional Relief Action Program, That's exactly what the bloody thing is. Joke or no joke.
