To me a decent wage is at least $12 per hour, but working from home. Think about it, you are not spending money on gas and maintenance on your vehicle or for transit to get to or from a job, that also takes time out of your day. Sometimes hours depending on where you reside, right? We seem to all have a working internet connection and a computer or two anyway.
