If i am angry, then every people who are around me ,i mean my family members and ma friends, will be tensed and not be peaceful as well.I rarely get anger kind of thing in ma life, perhaps twice in a year ,that is also doubtful. But If at all i get angry, then i would talk less and those words will be creatinga severe pain in the opposite person with whom am angry with. They would be in great trouble.i consume too much of water and change the channels of ma Television where the zapper is the poor fellow

I am never silent when I am angry, I have noticed that keeping anger in myself doesn't end good for me. I try and choose the calmest way to get rid of anger but sometimes I burn too fast and closest people suffer from that.
But I luckily get angry rare.

Is it somebody else's anger or my own anger, this is not clear though it sees on personal level. Well I am still a short tempered fellow though I have controlled a lot of this. The best policy now that I adopt is to listen patiently what the person has to say and if it was all nonsense I say. Just wait I will be back soon to you. The interval that I take helps me lessen the intensity of an outburst of anger or I let it go consoling myself - 'forget he is an ignorant fellow'. Hope this way we can strop some confrontations.

Well i really do show my anger in a different way. But if you knew me very well, you will say that ahh, here we go again. If i am angry , i'd rather stay quiet and not speaking and do keep myself busy with things.
I won't say a word, not speak much to you or at least try to avoid you if i am angry. I am not the typical housewife who talks a lot, i am the opposite of it.
This makes my husband so crazy if i don't say a word. He gets so furious on what i show to him if i am not talking to him nor saying anything. He knows me very well that i am not in the mood or worse, really angry at him.

If I am angry? Depends on the level of anger doesn't it?
If it is something minor I let it go with a warning. If it is something major I generally want to know why the person did what they did. Even if the response is" I don't know ". After that I watch myself around that person. Some people get a real exictment out of trying to get you angry again and again.
Life is simply to short for something as silly as that.
