Stopping for just a minute....

Is it just me or is there anyone else out there who does this as well....
Doesn't matter how bad the day ( and trust me there has been a couple that I thought where it would be next to impossible to get back up on my feet) the momemt I walk outside or look out a window I feel like I can breathe again.
I don't necessarily find the answer to what is bothering me but I always feel like,
things slide into perspective even if it just for a couple of minutes.
Does this happen to anyone else?

Many times over the course of my lifetime I have felt this. I think it almost as if the Breath of Fresh air, or being able to just look out will help you to calm down and gain a New aspect on life. I know that I enjoy having some Free time to just be able to think, relax, meditate more on the things of God, it helps me to be able to move on further as well.

It happens to me all the time . When I'm worried about bills , or someone has upset me there is nothing better then being out in nature . Nature has a way of calming us , and clearing our minds . For me it's a walk on the beach , or just
sitting outside and looking up at the stars . Maybe it's because the sea and the sky are so big , they make everything else seem small. Just watching the butterflies flutter brings me out of a bad mood and makes me smile , or a bird
singing on my window sill. It's like Gods way of saying .. everything's gonna be okay..

I always like it and i call it my " self time". Going out for a quiet place, sit and breathe fresh air, meditate, think of past actions, look up to the sky, talk to god and enjoy the moment. When i do this, i gain energy and always feel to think positive again.
My boyfriend told me to meditate to calm the mind after stressful work. And it helps a lot.
Try doing this too, especially when you got a lot of problems or stress at work or family. All of us really need self time.
Happy mylotting!!!
