I am in confusion please help

Hi this my problem please tell me your opinions after reading this. Actually my boss and my senior went to abroad for sign up of a new contract. our team members are all conversing with my Sr by yahoo messenger to clarify our doubts. Today my boss mailed all our team members not to ping my Sr or not to respond his questions. My Sr is not aware of this. We all dint ping him from the morning and also dint respond to him. He was helping us to learn new things but now by not responding I am feeling a guilt that I am disrespectful to him and also we cant neglect our boss's words so we all are in a confusion. What to do?

Don't you worry at all, everything will be fine. Just talk toyour Sr and your boss. I'm sure that all misunderstanding will fade away. Beside your boss won't fell that you are neglecting him, instead he will think that you are too busy with your work that you did not had time for him. Just don't worry.

Actually they went there for a project signup and they have some training there for some 2-3 weeks what my boss telling us is if we ping my Sr it will disturb their work there and also my boss complaining that our Sr is not concentrating on work there because we people disturbing him. So we all stoped pinging and responding our Sr besides this our Sr doesn't know abt the mail we all got today and we all are worried that there will be some misunderstanding between our Sr and the team, which in turn might effect us in future to get help from our Sr. He is like a teacher to us so not responding him might be disrespectful and also we cant neglect our boss's mail.

Oh i see, anyway just send your Sr a mail telling him what your boss told you and the rest of the team.. I'm sure that he will understand you and the boss. But don;t let you boss know that you have send your Sr a mail otherwise he will tell your Sr that he is still not concentrating in his work and you and your team also might get some problem. And let me know if your boss has said something or your Sr. Will wait for you.

well, that's really confusing. but i guess you talk to both, to your senior and to your boss. who has the final and last say in everything in your company? and if you stand by him, what will happen? will i hurt the other if i go with the other? these are questions that you can ask yourself. then, if you are still confuse then pray and soon you'll know what to do. good luck!

Thanks for your response. If I support my boss I may loose the help I will get from Sr and If I support my Sr I may loose my job. This what the condition we all are there. sure I will pray for god to give a solution for this and help my team members. Thanks and Happy myloting.
