Do you respect others?

Do you respect all persons who are working under you in your office or your work place? I think we should respect other people because if we give respect others then they give us more respect according to us.What do you think about this.

I agree pun, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Wise words, respect. That's something we need a little more of in this day and age. Psychology teaches us that how you approach a situation will ultimately determine its outcome. If you approach someone in a certain manner, they will react exactly how you want them to.

I agree, it is important to show respect for others, whether they are senior or junior to us in the workplace. I don't have anyone "under" me, but as a secretary, my boss and I show mutual respect to each other. It is much like a marriage actually, very much a partnership which requires respect of each other's role. Otherwise, we would never get anything done! :)

Yes i respect all in my office while talking with them or while not

I would always respect other people until they gave me reason not to. For example, it is easy to lose respect for someone if you see them treating other people badly.
