why women cry easily and men can not?

when women met unhappy or exacting things, they will cry easilyt for expressing their mood.and people regard it as normal behaivor.
but for men, they can not.we can seldom see men crying in public.
when they are painful,they just keep their tears in eyes.
why men can not cry easily?anybody can tell me?

It is related to the people's view on women and man. Most of us think that man should protect women, if man cries he will be considerd as a weakness. I think man just hole their tear but do not have tear.

men have that feeling that he can face anything in life...women are often emotional...men cannot show their feeling right away...so they used to cry within wheras woment outburst them...

I think this is because women are more sensitive and emotional. They cannot hide their emotions at times that is why they tend to bring it out through crying. Men are also emotional but they tend to hide this because some are concerned with their image, some have this belief that they may be seen as a weak person when they cry.
