What am I going to get out of this economic stimulus plan as a single taxpayer?

In all probability, you're going to get your taxes raised in some other form. But I hear that you'll be getting somewhere in the neighborhood of $13 a month in your paycheck. Don't spend it all in one place, now. (And that will be every month until December, then it will drop to $8).
