I just picture everybody in the audience naked or in their underwear.
Then, they look so silly to me, I'm no longer afraid.
It is an old trick I was taught in school.
BUT IT WORKS! Try it next time.

Actually i have several chances to stand on the stage.I remembered the first time on the stage was attending a host competition in my university .In fact i am not the girl who is very eloquent on the stage ,on the contrary ,i was very frightened ,aslo a little shy , i remembered beacuse i was so nervous that i forgot all the words i should present ,finally i did very suck in this competition .But after the competition ,i told myself "now you had experienced it ,you knew how to it rigth next time, although you made fool of yourself in it ,you can learn a good lesson. So from then on ,i make a promise ,once i will take any chances to speak out in public so that one day i have the courage to express myself well on stage and make people kown me better !! that's what i think about stage fight,it quite common, but once you learn to overcome fear, you will find it's no big deal !!

Stage fright is very common especially to first timers. I have a stage fright but that was before when I was in high school. I always feel nervous when I deliver a report in front of my classmates. But after several practice at home I was able to conquer my fear. The secret to remove stage fright or at least minimize it is to keep on practicing. There is no substitute for preparation and that will make the difference. Study hard before engaging in activities that involves speaking in front of the public or even reporting in front of a class. Always believe in yourself and think that the people watching you doesn't know what you know. That will help you boost your confidence and it will also show that you are prepared. Try it.

Its part of our life to have a stage fright we all cant help it. The best way for me to lessen stage fright is to join a presentation in school and face the people with great confidence and try to think that your doing this to help yourself not helping others. And by that way you can conquer your fear.

I think the worst time for stage fright is the time just before you have to do the thing that you're nervous about. I try to get through that time by telling myself that in 30 minutes, or at 1:00, or whatever the time frame is, I will be done with this task, and life will go on. If I consider the "after" I tend to relax more, and am able to get through the daunting task at hand.
