Kapamilya’s latest offering: Ruffa & Ai and SNN(Showbiz News Ngayon)

Abs-Cbn network, launched today their newest show. Ruffa and Ai, shown in the morning and SNN or Showbiz news ngayon shown in the afternoon.
Ruffa and Ai as the replacement for the Morning show Boy and Kris, probably Boy and Kris wasn’t able to beat the ratings of GMA’s SIS. Clearly capitalizing on Ai-ai’s humor and Ruffa’s glamor and tactfulness, the new talk show will set new standards in morning talk and variety show.
SNN is a showbiz talk show in the evening, hosted by Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino. Both are good in hosting especially showbiz oriented shows.
What do you think of the two shows? Anybody watched the pilot episode?

Hello red_amethyst! Well, I have been watching boy and kris and I more like boy and kris than sis. I rarely watch tv for 5 months now so I really don't know what's happening but still I am a solid kapamilya. Anyway, I glanced a little bit about SNN and I kinda like it. Well, I actually like the tandem of Boy and Kris.

Hi,
I wasn't able to watch the pilot episode of Ruffa & Ai because am on work during that time.
But I was blessed to watch the pilot episode of SNN and i can say that the show really offer the viewers something that you need to look forward on the next day. Its not just a showbiz talks but it gives details about the showbiz issues. I can't wait to watch the next episode for the multi-million yatch of Willie Revillame.

I'm at work. But I wasnt able to watch SNN also

i missed their pilot and the second episode.
is it really true that boy and kris FAILED to beat the ratings of SIS?
if i were to choose between the two, it would have been boy and kris.
usually in sis, it's all about dances and whatevers. lol. no offense to the kapuso fans. i just don't like their show. =|
but since SNN started, i never missed it. tonight though, i miss the interview of Nina. was she being used by Nyoy and his family?

I wish I am a stay home Mom so I could watch and compare. If Boy and Kris who are considered the best in hosting weren't able to beat the tandem of Carmina, Jellie and Janice, I think ABS is now trying to invent a new combination in the persons of Ai Ai and Ruffa. Let's just wait and see what will be the outcome. But Ruffa does not sound very convincing to me as a host. Kris style is quite more interesting because Ruffa is still looks stiff.

Ruffa and AI is really out of order. I mean, there is no chemistry among the hosts especially Ruffa she cannot be leveled to the misis ng tahanan. she is way too far sophisticated to be in a noontime show. Ai has more the face and talent to be there. please dont make ruffa look cheap to be in a show which doesnt come up to her being sophisticated. She could have hosted a fashion or more on her level.

Hello red!
I wasn't able to watch the pilot episodes of the two shows but I think that ABS took a big risk with a new pair up of Ruffa and AiAi. Only time will tell if the pair hits it off with the audience.
Although Boy and Kris teamup is tested and credible, I am not so confident of its timeslot.
