It has been clearly mentioned in the http://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index_php?, (4th qusetion) as it is not neccessary that our account is to be verified. But it is good for us to get our account verified, as it will eliminate the unwanted delays in the transfer of large funds. Also their verification process simple.Have your account verified.

yes you can receive funds even you have unverified alertpay account as long as you have correct identifications

Yes, AlertPay will allow people with unverified accounts to receive and to send money.
