Has anyone had an ADOS test or have you seen it done? We are doing a lot of little tests that take an hour each. Then we get a test in March.

This is something I never heard of before. I know it has to do with Autism.

@inertia4 It was a test to see if the child had autism. The child had to take a lot of little tests including ear and vision tests.

@mommaj Okay, now I know what it is. We parents all hope that out children are born healthy and without any conditions. But we live in a time when these things are becoming the norm. And there has to be a solid reason for it.

@inertia4 I just hope they find that reason before it is too late. When there are more people who need help than people that can help what will we do?

have no idea what that is, but sounds as if you might want to practice taking it in larger chunks. If your brain only exercises on that topic for 20 minutes at a time, when it comes to that 2 hour test - your brain wont have the endurance. You'll lose concentration and attention to detail. Good Luck!!

@SunnyShores They probably don't for 2-4 year olds, but you never know.

@mommaj ok - then maybe test taking strategies don't apply. Thanks for letting us know though :)
