With the advent of Beta websites we can get live streaming TV on the internet. i do see a few local TV channels, specially news and business channels on my computer. i used to have a TV tuner card earlier but now I find that i do not really need it with streaming TV being available.
Do any of you watch TV on your computer?

I watch a TV on my laptop but not during my work hours. I have an internet cable which provides few TV programs so sometimes I log in and watch TV online. But I better prefer watching TV on a television properly because using a computer can be distractive and there are many other sources trying to get away my attention from a TV show I am on that moment. I also prefer normal TV because I can comfortably lie on a coach. Can't do that while I am online on the net.

If I watch t.v at work its usually just CNN. I like to know what is going on in the world. I wouldn't want to get too comfortable at work watching an episode of The Simpsons or Friends, that would just be taking it too far.

I do. I watch tv on websites like joost, fancast, etc. I been catching up on this one particular show called Legend of the Seeker online because I don't remember to catch it on cable. I think it is neat to watch shows online because you get to watch episodes of your favorite shows that might have missed on cable.
