i personally do not think it is healthy. granted it has alot of vegetables which of course is healthy but the things they add/cook in are not at all healthy. first of all they use alot of oil to stir fry in, many restaurants use MSG which is very controversial. they also add alot of corn starch and other additives which are not healthful but boy does their food taste great!!! it is some of the best tasting stuff around. what is your opinion?

It's hard to say which one is more healthier. Chinese people like to use peanut oil & black soy, but olive oil & salt seems better than them. European like to use cheese & butter, but both of them can make you fatter & fatter. So don't mind it too much, follow your taste:P

I think it depends on where you are consuming these types of dishes. I make a lot of stir fry type dishes at home which helps control the ingredients. I use a non stick skillet or wok and use chicken broth instead of oil to cook. The main concern at a Chinese restaurant for me is the amount of salt in their dishes. Have you ever noticed that you are really thirsty after eating Chinese food? You are right about one thing though, it tastes great!
