The Italian espresso sounds good but too much caffeine for my taste. Italy sounds like such a beautiful country with a lot of great flavored coffees and delicious food. I don't want to go off the subject though.
I see you are another person that prefers black coffee. I just don't like it black. It seems too bitter that way.

hi did you know that italian espresso has a less release of caffeine because the way it is made , let me explain , the more the coffee is let to set in water the more caffeine will be let loose so ponder on that, espresso is normally generated with water and above all water vapor which only lets past the maximum of the aroma with less caffeine , if you dont believe me i can prove this to you , saluti bignik italy

I like coffee somewhat in between when it comes to cream or sugar. But I don't want black coffee that's for sure! Too strong. I have been avoiding too much caffeine these days anyway. I have been mixing in a little decaffeinated coffee in with the regular on account of my anxiety that I have. I also like tea by the way. Nice and hot and of course with a little bit of cream and sugar to taste.

I can see that some people like black coffee. I have had it before but don't really care for it. It tastes to bland or bitter without something in it like sugar or cream.
I can't drink too many cups of it as I have stated before. I would be swinging from the vines with all that caffeine anyway.

I like stronger coffee, with a bit of milk. I drink about 5 cups per day. Coffee can lower your risk for diabetes, and help to prevent Parkinson's disease and colon cancer. It can also help to manage asthma, stop a headache, boost a mood and prevent cavities. (See http://men.webmd.com/features/coffee-new-health-food)

I don't like the stronger coffee but I imagine that some do because they want to try to keep awake. Five cups a day is too much for me in my opinion. I can drink maybe a couple of cups and that would be fine.
I have heard some of the ways that coffee can prevent some risks for certain diseases and other illnesses.
I did not really think that coffee could help with headaches. I would think the stimulant in coffee would exacerbate a headache.

I love to drink flavored coffees. I like the taste and the caffeine kick. I drink anywhere from 1-4 cups a day, but sometimes I don't drink any. As for it being good for you, well, that's still debated, but too much of anything is never good. I prefer coffee, but I like just fine. I tend to drink instant, but have no problem brewing. I use half/half, cream, or milk. As for Tea, I drink black and flavored tea because like the taste and the caffeine kick. Tea helps me with sickness too. I drink it with sugar and honey.

I like those flavored drinks myself. They really have some great flavors out there. They might be just a little expensive though but I will try them every once in a while for something different.
I don't really like the instant. Especially the decaffeinated instant. Just does not have the same flavor as a good brewed cup of coffee from the coffee machine.

In my country Uganda, Nescafe, cocoa and Star coffee are the most popular brands! I enjoy all of them so I wouldnt think there is a preference. I take coffee only once a day for fear of some of the side effects!

I don't drink a lot of coffee. When I do I sometimes make a shorty pot of just plain coffee. When I do drink plain coffee I usually add some instant creamer and just a dash of sugar. Some time I like to add some instant chocolate that I make myself. Sometimes I use instant coffee and add the hot chocolate mix to it. I have found a recipe for instant Cappuccino Coffee Creamer and Mocha Coffee Creamer that I intend to try soon.

hi to you ,just afew words on coffee i personaly think that after many years that coffee tea and other caffiene drinks are very harmfull to our organism especially to our nervous system, which is our central of all our living functions , which in a few words is our brain , i personaly do not drink caffienated beverages any more and from my personal experience i can tell you that i am more vigilant my memory has improved my attentiveness has doubled and blood pressure and glicemia has improved ,all we have to do is take time to think what are we doing to our organism ,the most of the time we really intoxicate ourselves and when we feel sick we refer to our doctor , but the most of the time he can only heal our symptoms but not the cause, saluti from bignik , hope you had a detailed summary on my persnal beliefs

Hi, I love coffee but for 4 years I have been limiting myself to a cup a day. but before I was a coffee addict lol... yes coffee is good if it is taken a cup or two a day because it has antioxidants that are good for the body. plus the stimulant that we get to get us going early in the morning. I take the regular creamy and less sugared ones cuz I don't like having a sweet coffee lol...

I brew a pot of Folger's regular coffee in the morning. I usually drink between 3 and 4 cups of coffee. Prefer to drink it black. Tea is not my favorite hot drink but like ice tea especially in the summer. If I want more coffee, I make sure it's decaffeinated.

Hi as2006, I am a real coffee lover and I would like to take at least a cup of hot coffee every day. Most of the time I brew my own coffee at home and I like its aromatic fragrance giving out while brewing in the coffee maker. I believe a coffee lover could hardly refrain himself from taking such a wonderful beverage when getting the unique aroma of it.
I feel energetic once I smell the fragrance of the coffee when it is freshly served. I would be more vigorous after having a few sips of it. As far as I know taking a certain amount of coffee regularly is good to the health of our heart. Anyway it would be harmful to our health if taking excessive coffee daily. So try not to take more than 6 cups per day. I like white coffee, cappuccino and mocha, and all these are coffee with milk added to them and all of them are tasty respectively.
Other than taking coffee I like having tea as well. I prefer to take black plain tea in the morning and hope that this would help to excrete of the metabolic waste of our body. The rest of the time I enjoy taking green tea as well as plain water.
Happy posting and have a nice day.

I am a real coffee-holic, as2006! I don't open my eyes in the morning until I get that first cup of coffee.I have had to cut back recently however. I can drink almost any kind of coffee but I prefer coffee made in my coffee maker. I still keep a jar of instant on hand for times when I'm in a rush. I like tea also.

Strong and black is how I take my coffee. I don't mind instant or filtered coffee, but must have it on a daily basis. I know I'm addicted as I get really bad headaches if I don't drink it regularly.
I do like tea too, but coffee is always my preferred beverage.
