have you-all ever noticed that....

oh, yes. this has always been happening whenever i try to post a comment on a posted response. the response chosen might have been earned from my own discussions or, it could those that have come in in a discussion wherein i have posted a response to. i have gotten used to this now taking place always. however, it is wasting sometime when this happens. maybe, the mylot moderators can do something about this and remedy it so it will no longer be happening to us. maybe it will be a good thing if we bring this up to their attention. that way, they will be aware about this occurrence. and then, they can work on a measure to remedy the situation.

TnWoman, So far no for me, and I just have to add that it might probably not have anything to do with myLot here and that there is something more than what meets the eye for you. I am referring that it could be that your computer is having some bugs, too heavily loaded against your lack of resources i.e. RAM, or might be warning you that your system is having some unresolved conflicts and a hang is imminent. I would advise that you have a system maintenance i.e. updating your AV software, OS, Anti Spyware softwares, scan your entire system, remove any unnecessary softwares and etc.. A lot of times we just simply forget this much needful essential until one day when the system fails then all hell is gonna break loose and regret the negligence. Take care.

No I cannot say that I have noticed that, usually it goes in first time for me! I do get it on a lot of other sites that I go on though but I put it down to the fact that my mouse is starting to wear out!

Hi, yes, because of my WiFi connection, I have experienced this many times. It is like the page is taking its time to load up, and go through. When I had Roadrunner, this hardly ever happened to me. I guess it has a lot to do withn whatever Internet connection I am on. I hope that this gets better for you. I am unsure where the problem is coming from when it involves myLot itself. Contacting myLot would be the answer to this problem. Or maybe someone from here could tell you what is actually causing this. Cheers!

I have not had that problem so far when rating someones discussion, but I will keep an eye out for it. It could be just a ghost in the myLot machine.

It is probably just a Glitch in the system. Depending on how fast your ISP is I have found that sometimes this site does have issues. I guess it is to be expected but I always make sure that when I rate it gets counted before moving on just to make sure I am helping that person out in here as well.

It might have happened to me a couple of times but is not generally the case on myLot. What I do experience very often is the page can't be found and the discussion is lost. Nine out of ten discussions I will "copy" just as a precaution and then paste if the discussion didn't go through the first time.

I thought it was a glitch in my computer, I wasn't aware that others had that problem, too. It's only been lately, though. Strange, people are talking about their earning fluctuating and glitches with the posting software here, earnings not being updated regularly. I wonder what's going on, if they're having software trouble?

I have not had a problem with this as of yet myself. So far, that has been working perfectly for me... as for my losing posts because some discussions get deleted over night is sad for me... but it isnt something that I can do anything about but be more choosey on which posts I respond to. happy mylotting, and I hope your problem clears up!!
