I'm really not sure if I have a favorite episode. Mainly because there are many good House episodes that I've enjoyed. That's really why I don't really have a favorite House episode.

I love watching House so its really hard to choose. But being in a profession that involves Childrem with special needs, I particularly remember the episode where house treats a non-verbal child with autism...that's the episode where he got his PSP.

I have so many favorite episodes, but I can't seem to get over the ones where House can walk (jog, even). I also like the one where House and Cuddy kissed.
