is it true that all of internet securities or firewalls has glitch???

Absolutely. Every security system can be breached. Every code can be broken. Some are just MUCH more difficult than others! There's a quote that one of my old IT lecturers used once. I have no idea who said it, though. It goes something like "The only secure computer is one that is in a concrete building, with no windows, no door, no connections to the outside world and which is switched off. And even then, I wouldn't be sure."

thanks.... so that means that even the fbi's or any other government database can be breached right?

Indeed. The thing is that they have so much protection on those systems that it'd take (potentially) years to get in, unless you happen to be incredibly skillful. And by that time, they'll have updated them with new security features, so you'd have to start again.
