Mr. Monk and the magician... Spoiler!

I was so sad when one of favorite minor characters died (of murder) on Friday's episode. Poor Kevin... I enjoyed, however, the mystery and the magic... I also liked the fact that Kevin's relatives were obsessive talkers like him. The ending was so sweet, with Kevin and his video will. What did you think of the episode. Were you sad? I'm so effected I can't even delete the episode from my DVR.

I have been missing Monk, there seems to be something going on when it comes on.
Kevin, is he the tall slender fellow that won a lottery some years back and lost it to a woman he married or something? And didn't he go with Monk to his father-in-laws to help catch that hateful guy cheating on the game show?
