Does your job have anything to do with what you studied?

I studied sociology in college. Minors in Spanish and Math. Now that I am graduated, I teach English. While I would have to have a degree to have my job, the subject I studied is totally irrelevant to what I do. Did anyone else choose a career that is not related to what they studied in University? Or was your major directly relevant?

I have a Masters in Biology. I am teaching an online class in Biology and I run a Science Learning Center at night. So I am using my degree. I hope one day to have a full time college teaching position.
