no, overweight people are the way they are because they eat too much. i should know, i am one

no exactly, some are because of medical conditions, I don't eat much and I am still 70lbs overweight for dinner I usually eat 1 cup leafy salad, and 1/8 cup chicken for breakfast oatmeal and lunch if I have time toast. My weight is due to meds and being unable to exercise properly due to illness.

I like the sound of this theory!
I have to confess, though, that I am very overweight. Now that my son is nearly 4 and a half, I can no longer pretend it's baby weight, but it did start with the pregnancy and I am finally feeling determined to get rid of it. How about you?

thats great im not one to judge anyone by size or any other differences. but it is great that if you feel like you want to better yourself then you are doing it fot the right reason.i can give you a great place to start it helped me and many people i know and no im not trying to recruit you because i am not a member of the site but it works.and you can make money too... its called first fitness. probably heard it called suddenly slim. but if youa re interested go to the site first fitness and check it out for yourself.all ican tell you is it works and makes you feel great.

im overweight and have tried many times to lose some but not like everyone else who loses it so people quit bugging me i want to do it for myself

I'm not overweight. In fact underweight... and still losing weight... I eat alot about 4-5 meals a day but still...

yeah, slightly overweight... but still cau you guys clear it for me... My height is 182 cms and my weight is 91 kgs.... am i overweight? can you suggest something to reduce some 12 kgs????
