to those who responded about 79 yrs old!

WOw 20 hours a very long operation for any age! May God go with him

My great grandpa went through the same thing at the SAME AGE kind of wierd but he didnt fine and he is still living... He is currently 96 years old. My prayers are with you! Hope everything turns out well... my family wasnt feeling so well when my great grandpa was going through with it either.

ya,20 hours will be stressful for anybody!!the family members might have discussed all the pros and and then they might have come to this conclusion.so,quit worrying,all things happens for good to those who love GOD.

wow that is quite a long procedure and i dont think that a 79 year old person can surpass that. so that was a good decision. just make the man happy and bring him to places that he wants to go. make sure he live his life to the fullest so hev will enjoy it even he is old.

ugh that is so sad.. but maybe he will have more time on earth if he doesnt get it and can cherish those moments

You and your whole family members are beside your father in law.He is feeling satisfaction.I wish he will survive for some years.

I will keep you, your father in law, your family and all of his friends in my prayers, and thoughts. It is hard when they decide not to do treatment, my family felt the same way when we found out my grandpa was refusing the rest of his lung cancer treatments, He however was ready to go.. It was hard.. but I know we did the right thing by not talking him into changing his mind. I hope and Pray, that your Father in Law, is able to regain his strength, and heal... So that later on if he decides to he can go into surgery, and if he decides not to, and it is his time in passing. I hope and pray he passes with ease, and love, and That you and his family are all there to support him... and I pray Spirit helps you all remain strong, and heals you through this trying time. Rev.
