Since graduated last year, I have been with this company almost for one year. But now I am thinking about leaving. The work I am doing has nothing to do with my major and totally boring. I entered this company because of its good reputation. And I thought I could have more opportunities even I didn't like the position it provided. However, it is not want I thought. It is a multinational company and an excellent enterprise, but I can not see my future here. The salary is low. Besides, the evaluation on empoyees is disappointing. Either a good worker or a bad worker stays in the same position and receives the same salary. To be honest, I don't want give so many complaints, but every colleague has the common sense. So I think this company may really have to improve itself. Believe me, I do really want to stay longer. But if I stay, my career is going to be ruined. Besides, I have got an offer from another company already. But the problem is that I have just stayed here for less than a year. I am afraid my loyalty would be doubted by other companies in the future. Is that the question?

The company I worked with is the same company I worked for the past 10 years since I graduated, I have no plan of leaving for the moment because it is very difficult to find one right now because of recession. Actually, I am also getting bored with my work now because paperworks did not suit me well, I want to work in a company where I could maximize my potentials in writing, hopefully I can find one.

You are adorable...10 years?! But since you have been in your company for 10 years, I think you may still have reason to stay. ] Are you still doing the paper work? Is there any management position for you? You are a senior person now, so you deserve a better job. My manager told me that you have to show you potential if you have, and tell your boss. Then you may get a chance. But if there is no relavant position, just try to find outside. The recession you are mentioning is ture, but you should get one if you are capable. I got several interviews these days, and I think you may also have chances.
