Do you wear braces?

I'm one of the many people who doesn't have perfect, good-looking set of teeth. I always envy my friends whenever they smile and their teeth sparkle. Last year, I decided to have my very first braces, thinking that I would eventually have a handsome teeth. The first few weeks with the braces on was very awful and painful. I was not able to eat my favorite meals. My teeth are all aching and worst, my gums are getting intertwined with the wires resulting to bleeding. The agony continues as each month, I have to visit my orthodentist for readjusting. The pain seems to lessen as I got used to the braces. Eventually, my teeth alligned perfectly and I can now show my beautiful smile during photoshoots. Sometimes, vanity comes with a price. But now, I'm looking forward to the day my braces will be removed. I know it will be soon. I cant wait, I'm so excited for the tranformation. How about you? Have you ever had braces or do you know someone who does?

I used to have braces, but that was many years ago. I have never had fixed braces, I only had the removable ones. In the beginning I had braces that I had to wear all the time except when I was eating. I think I had them about for about a year, but I don't really remember. It was pretty painful, but I got used to them after a while. After that I had another type of braces, and I was only supposed to wear them at night. They kept falling out of my mouth while I was sleeping, so I got another type that didn't fall out.
