learn a foreign langue faster?

i am in Japan now, i just know a little japanese,i find it is still not easy to learn japanese faster, though i live here now and learn hard, i can't communicate with my japanese colleagues. If any suggestion for me? thank you anyway.

just try to learn all the essential words that are important...like to greet and to ask and others stuffs like that..this wod make u better there...atleast this will help u
