I'm in New England, Vermont to be nearer precise and although Real Vermont Maple Syrup is available via mail order almost every where, it's just the Grade A or Fancy. Most old timer's around here won't touch the stuff, too thin and bland. But the stuff we use, the B and C grades which are thicker, darker, and have a much stronger flavor, especially for baking, can't be bought outside the sugarhouses, and even then some sugarers don't like to sell it as they want it for home use or family. Is there an item you can only get where you live, that isn't exported or sold by mail order? What makes it unique?

Hi,
I live in WestBengal(Kolkata),India. We get here a unique product called'Muri'(fried rice),which is used in snacks.Even poor people often take this as Principal meal too. This is a product which is light, easily digestable, optimum nutrient andnot exported anywhere. Is it not unique?
