There are lots of good sites. Check peoples profiles here. You will find several. Try Cashcrate.com It is one of my favorites.

I stick my nose on a CTP site that doesn't pay cash but you earn gift certificates. I've been doing that one for a few years but I'm not sure if it's international. There's another CTP I've been doing but I haven't cashed out yet, I've been just accumulating money in it as a sort of nest egg.
