How do i take money out of liberty reserve?

Ok so I found a site that pays me on liberty reserve. I have never used them before but signed up for an account anyway. Now I dont know how to get money out of libery reserve onto either a debit card, my paypal account, or my bank account. Anything i find online charges very high fees to do this. What is the best way to get the money out of my LR account?

You can use eForexGold exchanger to withdraw Liberty Reserve to your bank account.They'll charge you a 3% fee for that. That's how I personally do that. Check them out at e-forexgold.com
