Does your mood determine the color clothing you where?

Some believe that the color clothing a person wears is determined by their mood. I believe it a personal decision. I can were black an be perfectly happy, or white and be completely sad.
What is your opinion on this?

I do not believe the color of clothes someone wears tells what type of mood or even what type of person they might be. You can definately tell the different types of people there are by clothing styles. Like today for instance i am wearing a bright yellow flowly shirt with a black tank top under neath and i am upset today and crying and yellow seem to be the color that should brighten someones day, So color choice doesnt determine the type of mood someone is in.
