Can you tell me a suggestion or technique for this small problem?

Hi I'm prashanth. For the last two years I've stayed in the hostel. Now, I am back to home. When I was staying at the hostel we used to play games, study sometimes and sometimes chat too,whole night and sleep around 3 or 4'O clock in the morning. Now I'm in home and my timings have changed. Here in my home everyone wake up early at 6 am and sleep around 11pm. Here I'm not gettin sleep till 3'O clock in the morning. I am lieing down on the bed for 4 to 5 hours trying to sleep. I'm not getting it, its two weeks now.. and I got around 8 am. I'm not having proper sleep. Do you have this problem any time? what is your suggestion for me? Please tell me if you have any technique?

hi prasanth, Getting sleep mostly depends what you do in the day time. If you don't have enough exercise/workout u may not likely get sleep in the night. So play more in the day time. Have your food at 7pm walk for atleast 1hr. from then slowly. Study any book which very boring/u don't like for 1/2hr. Now, the important thing: prepare ur mind for sleep. lay down on bed facing ceeling slow breath repeat any single word for atleast 1000 times. then strong feel that you are getting sleep. In the first week you will get sleep within 1hr but in subsequent weeks it will shortened. try this and inform me result on my email-id krishnaknm@in.com/krishnaknm@yahoo.com/krishnaknm@gmail.com.

I am not a doctor. I am an auditor by job. My son and Mom were also facing this type of problem I tried above technique which worked. anyway don't forget to mail me the result after a week.

Well Prashanth... I think u know abt yoga... so i advise u to practice yoga daily... by this u can avoid insomnia... hope u do this...
