Everyone suffer at times emotional stress, but excessive stress may be the greatest threat to a good life. We have to possess right response inorder for us to overcome the challenges of life.That is why a anxiety producing jobs, relationship or financial problem that will drive you over the hedge, it you dont know how to deal with it. let us not allow the pressure of life to get us down

Stress is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in anxiety and tension.

We often fell stressful because there are too many unpredicted events in our life. But stress maybe not as bad as we think. People can more seriously concentrate on the task and finish it more effectively under stress. Avoiding it is a good way, but if we face the problems and conquer them, it will be a better way for us to handle with stress.

Stress can make one's life miserable and can even make other lives miserable. Stress invites negative thoughts and views about things in life. In order to overcome stress, we should always try to look at the lighter side of life. Think that there are more or lots of people who are in a very deep situation than you. Never think that there's no way out or no solution to a problem or situation. Always smile, take a deep breath and most importantly, ask guidance from the one above us.
