Here you go: Thinly sliced beef 1 Tbsp grated apple 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp grated garlic 1 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional) Mix the apple, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Marinate the beef in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. Stir-fry the beef in a skillet on high heat.
