So, Roudycash is also a scam, right?

I think this site is also a scam. I don't believe it is a new site and yet it turned into a scam.
I have $2 in this site and when I ask for payment, it says
"Error: Maximum number of request reached, try again later"!
Anyone facing the same problem here?

i have ben getting that msg for the past few days now. i know they had stopped amking payments through alertpay and chnaged to paypal..but dont know if they are back to paying again though....we will see
