What do you think is the best and cheapest birthday party ideas?

For me, the best and cheapest is to celebrate it with your family alone. Go out with them on a restaurant or simply watch a movie.

I think the cheapest birthday party idea is baking a cake at home and cooking a special meal at home. Then you can eat the meal, eat the cake and then do something special like watch a movie together or something after the presents have been opened. Going out is too expensive you'd save so much money by doing everything yourself at home.
