Hi sanuanu, my weight is about 54 kg and I am 5 ft 4 in or 162 cm. I am a bit over weight . I enjoy eating more than to keep my body looks slim when come across any delicious and favorite foods.
Anyway for the sake of health and well looking of appearance, I still will take good care of my body and keep it fit and slim again by taking less sweet desserts and all those foods which are high in fat and high in calorie as well. Of course I will have physical exercise regularly daily by having evening strolling or jogging at the nearby neighborhood.
Happy posting

I think we were quite active and had lots of activities during those younger days so we could hardly gain any weight, for what the energy we had spent was more than what we had taken in. lol nowadays we spend most of the time sitting in front of the pc surfing net, playing games and watching tv program. No wonder we have to lose weight so as to keep fit and slim.
Doing yoga for half an hour daily is quite good for your health, so keep it on regularly. You are most welcome. It is nothing if I have spare time to dig out an interesting one from them.
Have a nice day and happy posting.

I really had a non nice day yesterday! I got cough and cold, went for a work which I couldn't complete and in the night I got headache too. I don't know the reason behind it.
Anyway, 5-10 years earlier, I used to be a person who was a soft targets for viruses. I was bound to catch cold every month. I used to get ill for a month once every year. These things also were used to taking energy out of me.
I think me living alone for an year help me a lot to learn about taking care of my body!

You are just like me! I was always wondering why I don't put on some weight. I used to eat a lot five- ten years ago but I couldn't put on weight.
Now, I have put on some weight and thinking of loosing a kilo or two.
You are good that you go exercising because I hate them and I do only yoga for half an hour or so and that is also not regular.
Thank you very much for responding as you must have done some hardwork to find this topic. It is 3-4 weeks old pal!

he he he.. summer is here in our country.. well, officially not yet but its already getting hotter each day! so in that sense, i am really serious in sticking to my weight because i am hitting the beaches soon, and i want to be ready for that swimsuit! he he he... and since i mentioned summer, sweating is easier so losing weight would also be easier right?

Yes I'm overweight! I'm morbidly obese! I will not tell you what I weigh! I don't like to tell many people why I do weigh! I have been overweight all my life! I also have lost weight in the past. Unfortunely I never have learnt to keep it off! For now I'll stay obese!

I am 5'6" and weigh 53kg. I am a little worried by this because I am 2.5 months pregnant. Before I got pregnant I actually weighed more, I think 57kg. I was very happy with this weight and felt very healthy. I now think I look too thin and I can see more bones...it's gross. I am trying to eat more, but it is hard because of my nausea. I hope to gain more soon.

I am 52 kgs and 5'2" in height. Based from my computed BMI, I am under the category of normal weight. I am so thankful because I was 45 kgs before and after a year of working in front of the computer, I became 55 kgs.. woW! So now I am trying to lose weight so as not to become overweight!

I am 5'7". I am 53kgs. I am underweight. I know that because my collar bones are showing. I want to hide them so I need to put on weight. But all I can say is thank goodness I am not 45kgs which is what I use to be over 14 years ago. I have also been up as high as 65 kgs before stress and lack of eating took over. I had lost 15 kilos in 6 months which was not good. Way too much weight loss in a short amount of time for me.

That is great. you gained a lot of weight in those 14 years. If I would have met you last year, I would have asked you about weight gain but now I have some weight against me and my father don't shout at me for gaining weight. I am thankful to the yoga which helped me put on some fat on my stomach!

I am about 52kg, but I am short. So I think I am fine with this weight. Though I always want to get back to 48kg, which was my weight when I was 20, it is very difficult to lose weight in a healthy way.
