Have you Started a Discussion and It took a Wrong Turn?

No, not yet, but that's because the only discussion I started was about HTML trouble with my MyLot profile.

My discussions never take a wrong turn, because they generally hit brick walls! LOL.

Personally I am grateful if a discussion I start goes anywhere at all apart from the "No responses" section! As for my shoe size do you want in UK or USA ? I am curious to know if the results on deviation of discussions correlates to shoe size and whether this is a stand alone study or part of a grater plan/plot LMAO

On the guitar forums I love to frequent, we call that "thread drift". We all admire threads that start out discussing the pros and cons of an effects pedal but then drift into wires and leads then workshops and tools and finally end up discussing lawn mowers!

That's precisely why I don't start discussions - they are sure to take a wrong turn somewhere along the line! (Especially as I wear size 6 shoes ...)

Thats the beauty of a myLot discussion, you never know where you will end up. I try to aim for straight ahead but its always goes left and right, zig zag style.

I need to get my butt back here on a reg. basis again cause I have no clue who you are talking about. I know it ain't me, thou. lol

I've had people seem to drift off the topic, heck, I've had long discussions that had little to do with the topic that started them, but isn't that how discussions go? 7 1/2

Rosekitty, I'm not sure that I know the person you're referring to, but my shoe size is ususally an 8. And yes, I expect (and hope) that my discussions will take all manner of twists and turns. And they usually do too. Whoopee!!!! Great to see you, girl. Always. xxx

Hi Rose, Shoe size, lol. Depends on the shoes actually. Yes, I've started discussions and they have gone every which direction. But that is okay, some end up humerous, some supportive, fortunately I haven't been yelled at. No stalkers thankfully either. Some really sweet new friends though so I'm not complaining. Hugs,

i havent had it that often lately but when i first started it seemed like i couldnt say anything right! i would post something and some how it would get twisted into my being for something awful or something when i was just pointing it out.. it was very frustrating!

I don't think my discussions take wrong turns, let's just say we start out okay and, next thing you know, we are on the scenic route

Well guys, you'll have to see where she has been and what she has been talking about because I think she is trying to hide something... Pulls off his size 9 Steel Toes and puts on loafers, doesn't want any dirt in the car as he prepares to drive off... Hmmm? Whistling... Must be something in those Brownies, I have to stop often...

Only had one discussion go a direction I wasn't expecting. Must have been my woman size 9s. Guess it was the problem of my big feet.

Hi Rosekitty! I think I know who she is! But, all her discussions turn out ok anyway! They are always so much fun no matter what they are supposed to be about! It just doesn't seem to matter! I just love her and anything she does is alright with me! And anything you do is alright with me too! So Opalkitty has fun no matter what! My shoe size is a size 9! I know it's kind of bit for a kitty! But this kitty just has big paws! Meow! Hugs to you!

I don't know about the discussion going in the wrong way. But I'm just curious as to how we are paid. Are we paid by the amount of comments that we give out? What is it, a penny a comment or something? Do anybody here know?
