Can we make two blogs with one IP address

i want to know about blog making. Can we make two blogs with one IP address? If yes then do we need two different mail gmail ID's to do that. If you have any knowledge about this. Please tell me and solve my confusion. Thanks in advance.

of course we can, with gmail support blogger to manage blog more than 1.
i have 4 blog in 1 account.
IP address is not related how many blog you have.
just start blogging now,,he3x

yes...you can make two blogs from same IP address. I think there is no need of different gmail id...there are many blogging sites and you can go forward with the same gamil id ....why confusion buddie you can create any number of blogs but you are needed to maintain it and update it regularly...
In the blogging site you will have option to create another blog just check it and proceed..
