how to clear a HR interview without fear??i i gave a interview..:(((

hi friends..this is sri..today i gave a hr interview..i feel something there..i could not tell the answers correctly..why im like this..i feel very bad about this..do you know hoe to clear the hr..i gave mora than 20 hr ..still didint get a job..

Do you really know that position well? Do you really know that company well? Do you know that is your advantage?... Just prepare more, and thank about the questions that may be asked, then you will get through the interview.
