Have you ever been to a mental hospital?

Has anyone whom you know have ever been admitted to a psychiatric hospital, how is it like inside?

I never been in to one. But I'm dying to visit psychiatric hospital. Because I'm just curious how's life there. How does it feel to be sorrounded by mentally ill person.

even i want to, thats why i started this discussion so i could get some info from others here in mylot, just to know their lifestyle and day to day life issues and some of the hardships they undergo and the about the management, if you get to know, share with me too
