Lunch/Dinner at work place

Those who go out for work in offices, factories or other places.
Do you take lunch/dinner with you or you buy it from the local shops near your work place?
There are often cafes, bars within the work place but they are sometimes very expensive or you dont like theier food to have everyday. So what you do for your luch or dinner and also for snacks and tea time, do you take anything to work with you?

i always buy it from a little shop near my office but i eat it in my office because i don't like eat with a noisy.i more enjoy my food if i eat it in my office or my house, and i always have a lunch together with my friends.we always have a tale each other so i very enjoyed my food

some days i go out and get something to eat, it depends on where i park that day if it's far i will go out so that i can move my car.

when i was still working in the health center, i used to go home and have lunch with my husband. it's just a 5 minute drive from my place. but sometimes when i won't be able to go home for lunch, i will bring food from home to my office for my lunch. i hate to go out at noon to eat in the restaurants nearby because it is very hot outside my office.
