love

People say love is blind because when you love someone no matter what they do you see past it. I loved someone for 2 years and put up with a lot of bull crap for him just because I didnt really see what was going on. I saw past everything bad he did to me and everything he did bad in general because I didnt really see it. Towards the end of our marriage I looked back and realized how dumb I really was for even staying with him to begin with. Putting up with small stuff and letting it all go is one thing, but allowing him to control you and your life is another. Plus looking past all the lies he told me and the bad things he did to me. I realized that love really is blind.
