What is Your Idea of a Fun Weekend with Your Loved One?

My situation is that I am dating a man that lives 3 hours from me. I do see him on the weekends but lately he has had his schedule change and our weekends have turned into Sat night and sundays. But now this coming weekend he will be here from Friday to Sunday and I am looking for new things to do...something fun, relaxing and special. It has been a while since we have been able to really enjoy eachother...with only one day you try to fit so much in but now we have a couple days and I am looking for ideas.
