Just Started Selling Things on Ebay...any Suggestions for Success?

I have been thinking of selling some things on Ebay for some time and I finally took the step 2 days ago. I have listed several things and am happy to see how many potential buyers are watching my items. Right now I am just selling things that I don't need or use anymore...mostly jewelry items. But when those are gone what do I do?
Any suggestions on what else I can do? Things I could buy less expensive and sell for profit? Any sites that provide items for resale?

hello debfeaster
congratulations to you on starting to sell items on ebay's website. i have an ebay account but right now i do not have anything for sell. my hubby usually goes to auctions or yard sales and find's things to list on ebay's website. i have sold anything from fax machine paper, to new boxes of stationery to old albums to cookbooks before on ebay. my name on ebay's website is utradewell. what is your screenname on ebay's website? thanks for sharing. i will check out your auctions and see if i can give you any pointers. i think that i have around three hundred ebay numbers now for feedback on their website. i do not ship outside of the United States either, it is a hassle trying to figure out how much to ship the item for then it has to go through customs and they open the package and who knows what gets done with it afterwards. and i always put on my auction listings, thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look at my auction or something to that affect. good luck to you on selling item's on ebay's website.
take care and have a beautiful day today!
