Now-a-days, students are most affected due to depression. The book load, lot of responsibilities, being forced to study subjects in which they are interested and a lot of reasons cause depression in them. At least this must give some appreciable result. But we all know that the current system(in India, especially) is only to make them 'study' and score marks, and not to enlighten their brains. So, what's the use in struggling?

depression is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in depression and tension.

I completely understand how you feel. There are just so much to do and so little time. This alone makes me go crazy sometimes. I have classes four days a week, I'm also in rehearsal six days a week, and I have to do my homework, and such. Let's just say my weeks are busy as hell. On top of all of that, when I talk to them, my parents often ask me how school going, how are my grades, am I doing well at school, and it just goes on. These questions add stress that I don't need. So, I know exactly what you're talking about. You're certainly not alone in this boat.

I live in a household where the only conversation I have with my parents are "How are your grades" so I know what you mean. I am of asian decent, my parents expect so much of me and the burden becomes to much sometimes. I really hope this isn't how society will end up.
