gmail to outlook

I found instructions on how to do this and it is the same on the last computer I had that worked. I followed the instructions, what I'm getting is the message couldn't be sent becaause the server rejected the e-mail address. It says the e-mail adress was and it gives the right one. anyone know why I'm getting this error?

Has your email been used by someone else before - probably used in a scam? If nothing's like this, try deleting and re-creating the account. check all the settings , make sure these are correct.
