cash back from shopping?

I have just registered for two sites called ebates and cashbaq. I was just wondering how many of you are in these programs and if you like them? When I do my shopping, nine times out of ten I do it online anyway. So I figured it wouldn't hurt to sign up with them. These programs are legit, right? Those of you who are in programs like these, do you like them? Have you earned much from them? If you are in ebates and cashbaq, which one do you think is better? I haven't bought anything yet but I probably will soon, I have been wanting to buy some clothes and other things. I just haven't had the chance to yet (or the money) but I will soon. I don't expect to earn a lot from these programs, just a little cash back whenever I do my shopping. What do you think of these programs?
