Do you train your dog...if so how and what?

So i was just wondering if everyone trains their dogs..and if so how they train them and what have you trained them to do. My dog's name is Mystique. We got her for my son's 4th birthday. She is a pure bred black lab. She is so much fun, always full of energy and love! She was the first dog my hubby and myself had owned so we took her to trianing classes. It was the best discision we have made! The training we used uses a pinch collar and praise as the reward. We will give treats as a treat...or sometimes for tricks but never for obeying her obediance commands. Her basic training incliudes, sit she will sit for until we tell her otherwise. Down she will do this for as long as we want even if we leave the room, or down her outside and come in for a minute or so. Heel..she never pulls, she is always aligned with our leg no matter how fast or slow we are walking...and when we stop walking she sits at out side. stay...this is also until we give her another command. And come this one is great no matter where she is...inside or out she will come to us...then we can give her a down command visually(we raise our hand)and in the middle of bolting towards us she will drop to the ground. She also does tricks, dead dog, crawl, she will HOLD food in her mouth and then give it to us when we tell her to drop it. She balances things on her head and nose including food. She carried my mail home from the post office once in her mouth with the "hold it" command. She has also done agility such as jumping through hoops, over jumps. walking a large steep ramp and the teetar totter.
