hello there......i also like harry potter books....though i am not a big fan of them...:-)
if you like harry potter, then, you might also like "eragon" by Christopher Paolini. it is also a fantasy .......its about a boy and a dragon and a legacy......i'll not tell you much about it..i think you should read it for yourself. there is a movie base on it with the same name....you might like it.
have a nice day..:-)

Well . . . I don't know your age, but if you're fifteen or so and above you should check out Stephen King, Ken Follet, Ernest Hemingway and John Grisham

Harry Potter series was amazing isnt it.unfortunately that series started when i grew up but nevertheless i still read it like a kid.used to read few pages daily before going to sleep.i grew up reading the Famous five, secret seven, nancy drew and hardy boys series though. u will like them if u r more of an adventure kind of a person.really nice books.Lord of the Rings is also good enough. try the nancy drew series.she writes all kind of books and u r sure to find something of ur liking

I too liked reading Harry Potter series though I read them in my late 20s. I would recommend Louis L'Amour books for action/adventures and PG Wodehouse books for comedy. You can also try Robert Ludlum books for fast paced actions

Hi there! I too grew up with the Harry Potter books and loved how they changed my life. I would highly recommend the Twilight series. A lot of Harry Potter fans love them. I was wary at first, but when I gave them a chance I was hooked. Bella and Edward's story is a great one. I am also a big Dean Koontz fan and I first read him when I was about your age. I am now 21 and still read a lot of his. My favorite of his is called Watchers - its about a science experiment to kill enemy soldiers during war that involves a monster that can be tracked and brought back in by a Golden Retriever. They both escape the science lab and the monster sets off to kill the dog. But, this dog is extremely intelligent. I highly recommend it - it has drama, mystery, action, humor and a bit of horror all in one. I hope this helps and happy reading! (I also really liked Koontz's Life Expectancy if you want to check than one out too/instead).
