How do you know...?

How do you know whether or not you are capturing your audience's attention? Whether you have real readers that are interested in your blog? I mean, sure you may get a lot of traffic, but how do I know whether any one of those people visiting my blog will actually find it useful enough to read it and maybe even subscribe?
